Since 2016, ATLAND has been a patron of the Louvre Museum.

ATLAND’s Commitment

In 2016, ATLAND created the “Fonds ATLAND” within the Louvre Museum’s endowment fund to support the restoration and enhancement of the Tuileries Garden.
This fund has already enabled the restoration of the marble statue of Julius Caesar by Ambrogio Parisi (2018), the Monument to Jules Ferry by Gustave Michel (2020) and the Lions by Giuseppe Franchi (2023). In 2024, the sculptures flanking the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel: “History” and “Victorious France” by Antoine-François Gérard.

The Tuileries Garden and Sport

As part of its partnership with the Louvre Endowment Fund, ATLAND has supported the restoration of statues in the Tuileries Garden since 2016. This unique architectural and landscaped heritage has always been marked by sporting activities, from sword tournaments to cycling and the “Festival of Muscle.” Emmanuelle Héran, chief curator responsible for the Louvre’s garden collection, authored a beautiful article detailing the garden’s sporting past in the museum’s Grande Galerie magazine.

Visit to the Exhibition “Olympism” with Béryl Gastaldello

On June 4, 2024, ATLAND organized a visit to the Louvre for the exhibition “OLYMPISM, a Modern Invention, an Ancient Legacy,” offering an opportunity to explore the links between Olympism, art, and sport. Swimmer Béryl Gastaldello (European champion in the 100m freestyle), supported by the group, was present along with her coach Olivier Sangaria.

Restoration of the Lions

After the marble statue of Julius Caesar by Ambrogio Parisi in 2018 and the Monument to Jules Ferry sculpted by Gustave Michel in 2020, the Two Lions by Giuseppe Franchi, located at the corners of the garden, underwent major restoration, completed in June 2023 after several weeks of meticulous work. The goal is to continue restoring and enhancing the sculptures of the Tuileries Garden in Paris.

Renewal of the Partnership

In October 2022, ATLAND renewed its partnership with the Louvre Museum for a period of four years. By becoming a patron of the Louvre through its Endowment Fund, Groupe ATLAND joins a prestigious institution and actively contributes to the development of a dynamic museum with universal scope and international influence.

Visit to the Tuileries Garden

As a partner of the Louvre and Culture Prioritaire, in June 2022 ATLAND organized a guided tour of the Tuileries Garden for young people from the association. “All the sculptures in the garden tell us stories,” passionately explained Emmanuelle Héran, Chief Curator and responsible for all sculptures in the national domain of the Louvre and the Tuileries.

In June 2021, ATLAND organized a visit for a group of young people from the association Culture Prioritaire. The high school students were delighted to discover the Louvre’s permanent collections over the weekend. ATLAND supports the association Culture Prioritaire, which works to promote academic success among young people and advocates for equal opportunities.

As a partner of the Louvre and Culture Prioritaire, ATLAND organized a guided tour of the Tuileries Garden in July 2019 for young people from the association. ATLAND supports the association Culture Prioritaire, which works to promote academic success among young people and advocates for equal opportunities.

The Louvre was the first French museum to create an endowment fund, providing a long-term financial tool. The ATLAND Fund supports major restoration and enhancement projects for the Louvre and the Tuileries.

Originally created for Queen Catherine de’ Medici during the Renaissance and redesigned by André Le Nôtre for Louis XIV, the Tuileries Garden is the finest example of a French formal garden in central Paris. It is also the city’s largest public garden, welcoming 14 million visitors annually. In an eco-responsible approach, the Louvre and ATLAND aim to highlight the garden’s artistic and historical value through an ambitious program of restoration and new green spaces.

In 2025, ATLAND supports the restoration of the Château du Clos de Vougeot.

CHÂTEAU DU CLOS DE VOUGEOT

ATLAND’s Commitment

Located in the heart of Burgundy’s vineyards, the Château du Clos de Vougeot is a historic monument of exceptional significance. ATLAND funded the restoration of a stained-glass window by master glassmaker Jean-Jacques Borghetto, depicting Saint Vincent, patron saint of winemakers. The work was completed in June 2025.

With over 200,000 visitors annually, the Pavillon shares the history, challenges, and evolution of our living environment through exhibitions, conferences, visits, publications, documentaries, and urban installations.

Visit to the “Urban Natures” Exhibition

On September 4, 2024, the Group’s Sustainable Development teams organized a private visit for ATLAND employees to the exhibition “Urban Natures: A Technical and Social History 1600–2030.”
This guided tour explored over three centuries of history, highlighting the role of nature in cities through the lenses of urban planning, health, food production, and aesthetics.

Visit to the “Light Energies: Uses, Architecture, Landscapes” Exhibition

On February 29, 2024, ATLAND organized a visit to the temporary exhibition “Light Energies: Uses, Architecture, Landscapes”, curated by Raphaël Ménard, architect, engineer, and PhD in architecture.
The event was attended by many Group employees, who thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

On January 11, 2024, Groupe ATLAND became a sponsor of the Pavillon de l’Arsenal, the urban planning and architecture center of Paris and the Greater Paris area.
As the first European architecture center, its mission is to make the transformation of cities and territories accessible and understandable to all.
