ATLAND Voisin and MyShareCompany collect savings from individual investors and invest it on their behalf in commercial real estate through SCPI. The SCPI (Société Civile de Placement Immobilier) managed by ATLAND Voisin invest throughout France and several European countries, across all segments of real estate assets, following clear and complementary investment strategies.
ATLAND Voisin is trusted by wealth management professionals, who have ranked the company among the top three since 2017 in terms of service quality, product quality, and commercial expertise. The company also follows a responsible investment approach, recognized by the ISR label awarded to SCPI Épargne Pierre in 2021 and Epargne Pierre Europe in 2023.
The company defines and implements a specific investment strategy for each SCPI, aiming to distribute the most regular income possible. It conducts all audits and due diligence prior to acquisitions, makes decisions to enhance asset value, and manages leasing. MyShareCompany SCPI
MyShareCompany is a management company created in 2017 and owned 50% by ATLAND Voisin and 50% by Drouot Estate, a subsidiary of AXA France. MyShareCompany offers real estate savings solutions dedicated to AXA clients, leveraging the expertise of its two founders: supporting individuals in their wealth strategy for Drouot Estate, and designing and managing real estate funds for ATLAND Voisin.
The company also follows a responsible investment approach, recognized by the ISR label awarded to MyShareSCPI in 2022 and MyShareEducation in 2024.

OPPCI
ATLAND Voisin supports national and international institutional investors in their investments through core, core plus, and value-add strategies by setting up regulated funds.
OPPCI Dumoulin
Since 2016, OPPCI Dumoulin has been an investment vehicle targeting office assets in Paris and the Île-de-France region. The fund has an investment capacity of €300 million. It follows a value-add strategy to reposition assets technically, functionally, and environmentally into premium buildings in their markets. The structure is organized through a SPPICAV.

Keys REIM manages several professional funds, including three evergreen, enhancing ATLAND’s offering of flexible and long-term investment vehicles. Keys REIM also has recognized expertise in the hospitality sector, complementing the skills of ATLAND’s teams.
Keys REIM
The acquisition of Keys REIM in June 2025 brings the Group a base of over 3,500 professional private clients, a demanding investor segment characterized by investments exceeding €100,000 per product. This clientele enriches ATLAND’s ecosystem, previously focused mainly on retail and institutional investors, and opens new commercial growth opportunities through cross-selling strategies.
Geographically, Keys REIM brings a presence in six European countries that complement ATLAND’s current locations, through real estate investments and a presence in Luxembourg, thereby strengthening the Group’s ability to deploy pan-European strategies for its clients.
