Focus on Achievements

PRI Membership Since 2022

ATLAND’s asset management company has been a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) since 2022. Launched by the United Nations in 2006, the PRI is a voluntary commitment aimed at the financial sector, encouraging investors to integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues into portfolio management.
For the second consecutive year, ATLAND’s management company was evaluated against PRI criteria and achieved an improved score. Notably, ATLAND Voisin outperformed the median score of respondents in two out of the three modules assessed. These results reflect the company’s strong performance in terms of transparency, strategic alignment, and user awareness.

Training Programs

As a multi-disciplinary real estate group, ATLAND faces a wide range of CSR challenges. To address these, tailored training programs are provided for each business line:
The investment team at ATLAND Voisin received training on climate adaptation risks in building design.
The project managers at ATLAND Résidentiel were trained on regulatory developments in waste management.

CSR Governance

A dedicated CSR Steering Committee meets monthly to oversee the implementation of the Group’s strategy. Composed of Directors and CSR representatives from each business unit, the committee: tracks progress on the strategic roadmap, identifies and resolves obstacles, prioritizes actions, shares updates and insights across departments.
In addition to operational oversight, the committee also addresses specific topics such as carbon footprinting, EU taxonomy, and photovoltaic development, often with the support of external experts.
