Always working closely with municipalities, we collaborate with renowned architects with the constant goal of designing tailor-made programs that are integrated into the city and offer features that meet the new needs of residents. Special attention is given to apartment layout design, material selection, common area decoration, and outdoor space planning.

ATLAND Résidentiel’s teams personally oversee all stages of construction: land search and selection, project design, obtaining administrative authorizations, marketing, and monitoring of works through to delivery.

ATLAND Résidentiel aims to develop high-performance buildings tailored to local uses and needs.

To reduce the carbon footprint of housing, the objectives are to:

  • Calculate the overall carbon level (E+C- methodology) of projects.
  • Promote the use of bio-based or upcycled materials.
  • Construct buildings with high energy and environmental performance, recognized by certifications such as HQE, BBCA, Effinature...

Limit soil artificialization and improve access to nature, ATLAND Résidentiel:

  • Integrates green spaces and measures the proportion of biodiversity-friendly surfaces in 100% of its projects (biotope coefficient calculation).
  • Develops projects located on already artificialized land, such as former industrial sites.

Finally, with one-third of sales made to social housing providers, ATLAND Résidentiel contributes to improving access to housing for all.
