Social Responsibility
ATLAND Group’s cross-functional strategy is structured around three key pillars:
Among the 20 themes of the CSRD applicable to the Group, three have been identified as “double material” and therefore prioritized: greenhouse gas emissions (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), climate change adaptation, and resource/material usage. To address these challenges, ATLAND has developed a strategic and operational roadmap, embedded across its business lines through concrete objectives and actions. The Group is also actively working on structuring and managing the data to be published, in anticipation of future reporting requirements.

In response to the climate emergency highlighted by the IPCC, ATLAND is committed to decarbonizing construction by implementing a comprehensive strategy aimed at improving the carbon performance of its assets. Since 2020, the Group has conducted an annual carbon footprint assessment to guide decisions beyond financial criteria and exceed regulatory environmental standards.

As a multi-disciplinary real estate player operating in France and Europe, ATLAND adapts its practices to local challenges to ensure environmentally respectful and stakeholder-beneficial projects. In light of increasing climate risks and biodiversity concerns, the Group maps the exposure of its assets to anticipate and incorporate territorial specificities into its development and management activities.

Real estate activity is inherently social. Designing, producing, and maintaining professional or residential spaces is essential to shaping civil society. ATLAND prioritizes the professional fulfillment of its teams by offering an optimal working environment rooted in its corporate culture.
