As a human-scale company, ATLAND places the professional fulfillment of its employees at the heart of its priorities. We share values based on commitment, long-term vision, exchange, and sharing. All employees are part of the same Economic and Social Unit and benefit from the same advantages in terms of social protection and employee savings.
Moreover, ATLAND prohibits all forms of discrimination in its recruitment, training, promotion, and compensation processes. In 2025, the group published its gender pay gap indicators for 2024 and received a score of 55/100 (no points for the pay gap indicator, 35 points for the individual raise rate gap, 15 points for raises after maternity leave, and 5 points for the representation of the underrepresented gender among the top 10 earners).
ATLAND continues its efforts to promote gender equality and regularly updates its action plan in collaboration with the Social and Economic Council. The 2024-2025 plan focuses on recruitment, training, effective compensation, and balancing professional activity with family responsibilities.
The goal of this plan is to continue reducing the pay gap identified since the 2022 index calculation (a challenge in historically gendered professions), particularly by promoting professional equality in recruitment and training teams on this topic.
Additionally, a new feature of this action plan is the maintenance of base (fixed) salary during paternity leave for all employees with two years of seniority.

We pay close attention to the development of our employees' skills and career progression.
In 2024, 3 130 hours of training were provided, covering various areas (job-specific training, personal development, IT tools, languages, health and safety, CSR).
Our Human Resources teams support employees throughout their careers. The diversity of our activities within the Group allows us to offer career development and internal mobility opportunities co-designed with the employee and manager.
