Youth & Solidarity
Since 2017, ATLAND Group has supported the association Culture Prioritaire, which works to promote equal opportunities.
Founded in 2013 and recognized as serving the public interest, the association offers general and career-oriented cultural programs to young people from underprivileged neighborhoods, helping them access culture, higher education, and professional success.
Culture Prioritaire develops and relies on operational and/or financial partnerships:
- With companies to organize professional meetings, host interns, and offer mentoring
- With schools (REP & REP+) and associations capable of identifying motivated youth for its programs
- With individuals who invest their time or money to support young people (career talks, interactive sessions, outings, mentoring, etc.)
ATLAND’s Commitment
During 9th-grade internships (stages de 3ème), ATLAND’s leaders and employees engage with students to introduce them to careers in real estate and business, and to encourage them to believe in their potential. ATLAND aims to go beyond financial support by contributing personally to students’ academic and professional success.
Supporting Young People
Culture Prioritaire’s ambition is to provide knowledge that complements school education to foster academic and professional success. The association supports students from middle school through higher education with a mix of interactive sessions and extracurricular outings:
- 8th grade: first exposure to culture and the professional world
- 9th grade: cultural awareness to encourage higher education and internship support
- 10th grade: building a foundation of general knowledge to better understand the world and choose the right academic path
- 11th grade: success in the French baccalaureate and guidance for post-secondary choices
- 12th grade: success in the final exams through current affairs and philosophy topics, and help with college applications
- Post-secondary (Culture Sup): continued cultural exposure and the creation of an alumni network
