ATLAND launches “ATLAND IM,” its new Investment Management subsidiary dedicated to institutional investors and opens an office in Spain
The ATLAND Group announces the creation of ATLAND IM, its new subsidiary dedicated to supporting institutional investors across Europe. This launch is part of the Group’s strategy to strengthen its position as an operational partner to its investor clients by developing an integrated and expert platform. ATLAND IM will support institutional investors in their real estate strategies through an experienced team and specialized expertise, combining sourcing, execution, and non-regulated fund management. ATLAND IM will centralize all investment operations of the ATLAND Group to offer a consistent and efficient approach to all its investor clients.
ATLAND IM is structured around a top-tier team that brings together all of the Group’s real estate investment professionals (Lawrence Delahaye, Bruno Juin, Nicolas Porcheron, and their teams). This creation is accompanied by new hires and appointments:
- Sébastien Arnould is appointed Head of Fund Management Value Add & Separate Account at ATLAND IM. Sébastien joined ATLAND in 2017 and has held several roles, including Investment Manager and Director, after gaining international experience at Cromwell Property Group. He will coordinate non-regulated fund management for value-add strategies, further strengthening ATLAND IM’s expertise in this segment.
- Sonia Briotet Mahiou joins ATLAND IM as Institutional Business Director. With experience at Axa in real estate financing and at BNP Paribas as Director of M&A in the real estate sector, Sonia will be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with institutional investors in Europe, as well as identifying and structuring strategies with investor clients.
- Arnaud Sournia joins ATLAND IM as Investment Director and will be based in Spain. Arnaud brings over 20 years of international real estate experience, notably in the United States and Spain. After supporting the Group’s initial investments in Europe, he will strengthen the investment team to accelerate international growth.
To support its development, ATLAND IM will also rely on a strategic committee composed of Georges Rocchietta, Antoine Onfray, Stéphane Guyot-Sionnest, and Charles Saiag. Stéphane Guyot-Sionnest joins ATLAND IM as Senior Advisor, bringing recognized expertise and years of experience in real estate investment, notably as co-founder and CEO of Catella France.
ATLAND has already invested in four European countries (France, Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands) on behalf of funds managed by its subsidiaries, including over €100 million in Spain. With strong fundraising for its internationally focused investment strategies, the Group announces the opening of an office in Spain: “ATLAND IM Spain.” ATLAND confirms its ambition to be a key partner for institutional investors in Europe by offering local presence, tailored solutions, and high-value investment opportunities.
